City Tripping is having a break this week. The past week or so has been tough in my household. My husband is very ill in hospital so life has been put on hold for a bit. Our ski trip is clearly off the agenda. As a result City Tripping is taking a break – but will be back next week so look forward to hearing about your city adventures.St Paul's CathedralThank you to everyone who liked up to last week’s City Tripping. Cathy’s favourites from last week are below.

Regicide, Restoration and Royal art and power – Catherine’s Cultural Wednesdays
Exploring Spitalfields and Brick Lane – My lifelong holiday
A tour of Wrigley Mansion – Away she went

If you are away over the school half term break, I do hope you are having a good time with your family. See you next week.

Best wishes to your husband for a speedy recovery. Life can throw these spanners- I have just cancelled trips to Athens & S America for similar reasons. Those places will all still be there when health is restored. Wilbur.
