More than two and a half months after our kitchen was ripped out, we finally have a cooker, sink AND a hob- that work!
Last night we cooked up a simple meal using our new white goods (was worth all the pain I went through ordering them).
Having a kitchen is a bit of a novelty! It still isn’t fully functioning and the builder continues to add the finishing touches (goodness knows when it will be completely done) but the main appliances are in working order so we have no more excuses for getting out of cooking, ordering take away or eating out (well, just now and then)!
Looking forward to getting Mrs T in there, sitting in her high chair where it should be (rather than squashed into our front room).
